Before beginning your application it is important to familiarise yourself with key UCAS deadlines. Some universities (Cambridge and Oxford) and courses (medicine, veterinary medicine and dentistry) have much earlier deadlines and it is important you are fully aware of those which impact your application.
All UCAS deadlines for courses in the UK can be found below, but these are two key dates to become familiar with in the UCAS application cycle.

Deadline for Oxbridge applications to Oxford and Cambridge and most courses in medicine, veterinary medicine and dentistry
02 Jan 2025
January 2025 entry begins
29 Jan 2025
Application deadline for the majority of undergraduate courses for domestic and international students on an equal consideration basis
30 June 2025
Final application deadline for all undergraduate courses
Any applications received after June 30 are entered into UCAS Clearing
