The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), founded in 1895, is a world-renowned specialist in the social sciences. It is one of the most international universities in the UK, with about 50% of its 11,000 students coming from outside the UK, representing over 140 countries. As a member of the prestigious Russell Group, which represents 24 leading research universities in the UK, LSE has established a reputation for academic excellence, particularly in economics, political science, law, sociology, and international relations.

LSE guarantees a place in University-managed accommodation for all first-year undergraduates who apply by the May deadline.
