Scholarships at Amity University [IN] London

Purpose: To support the achievement of our objectives related to access for students from other groups who experience barriers in higher education.

Eligibility: Students who are:

• Carers.

• People estranged from their families.

• People from Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.

• Children of military families.

Financial Award: £1500.

Terms: Paid in two instalments through the year, in the first year only.

Purpose: To support the achievement of our objectives related to access for students from IMD quintile 1/2.

Eligibility: Residual household income £0–£25,000.

Financial Award: £1000.

Terms: Paid in two instalments through the first year only.

Purpose: To support the achievement of our objectives related to access or care leavers.

Eligibility: Experience of being in the care of local UK authority or national Foyer Federation.

Financial Award: £1500.

Terms: Paid in two instalments through the year, in the first year only.

Purpose: To support the achievement of our objectives related to continuation and attainment by students by lower socio-economic groups, BAME groups and mature student backgrounds and other groups who experience barriers in higher education.

Eligibility: Undergraduate students from our widening participation target groups backgrounds to engage and succeed.

Financial Award: £1000.

Terms: Paid in up to two instalments for one year.

The Atul Chauhan Scholarship is awarded from a limited fund to high achieving students in the form of a reduction in their tuition fees. We welcome scholarship applications from all students and applicants are assessed purely on their academic ability.

Decisions on scholarship awards are made in conjunction with admission offers. This means that applicants know whether they should receive a scholarship before having to decide whether to accept the offer of a place on a course.
