Oxford Executive MBA Scholarships for Women in association with the 30% Club
These scholarships aim to support female candidates of merit and to encourage an increase in women considering senior leadership roles. Additionally, scholarship recipients are invited to events run by the 30% Club's mentoring partner, Moving Ahead.

Leo Tong Chen is a Saïd Business School alumnus who completed the MBA programme in 2001. He was a young entrepreneur when he joined the MBA programme and went on to found dGav Capital, a venture capital investment management firm focusing on new material, new energy, electronic vehicles, environment protection, healthcare, biotechnology and artificial intelligence sectors. In 2017, Tong Chen felt he was now at the point in his career where he was able to give something back.
For the 2025-26 class, we can offer two scholarships, worth £30,000 each.

Scholars with children may be eligible for an additional needs-based allowance to help with the cost of childcare. Candidates will be selected on the basis of the selection criteria listed below, before eligibility for the childcare allowance is considered.

Tenable at Green Templeton College only. All eligible applicants will be considered for the scholarship, regardless of which college (if any) you state on your offer acceptance form. However, successful applicants will be transferred to Green Templeton College to take up the scholarship.
The Oxford Saïd Future Leaders Scholarships are prestigious new awards, introduced in 2024, to honour the achievements and support the ambitions of our brightest and best MBA students, who will go on to become future leaders in their different fields. They are supported by Wafic Saïd and the Saïd Foundation, with the aim of supporting the School in its pursuit of excellence in research and teaching and learning.

Named after the 13th-Century Rewley Abbey, a place of learning for Cistercian monks, which stood on the grounds of Saïd Business School, the Rewley Scholarships continue the scholarly tradition of the site and bring the best and brightest to Oxford Saïd. The scholarships enable us to increase diversity across our programmes, and reduce the financial barrier to further study.
We are delighted that Rewley scholarships are available to students on our MBA, Executive MBA, MSc in Financial Economics, MSc in Major Programme Management and Diploma programmes.
