UCAS Clearing is for students who are unable to secure an offer from a UK university for three main reasons:
They applied after the June 30th deadline
Exam results fell short of conditional offer requirements
No offers were received, or no offers were accepted
Clearing is how UK universities fill vacancies on courses which begin in September, the start of the new academic year. Clearing begins each year in July and lasts until September.
UCAS Clearing Help
We can assist students in finding available courses at UK universities from July onwards.
Once we have established which courses and universities you are interested in, your consultant will contact institutions on your behalf to find out if they are interested in accepting you as a student.
After we have contacted universities on your behalf, you may be informally offered a place at a number of institutions. If you are unfamiliar with the university, research the institution, area and accommodation options.
If you decide to accept an offer, you will need to enter your Clearing choice through UCAS. You can only enter one Clearing choice at a time, but if the university doesn’t confirm your place you can add another.
SI-UK's service is fast, reliable and efficient. Their consultants are specialists, working closely with all UK universities and, through my consultants' advice and application assistance, I was able to receive offers from my favoured universities.
