The University of West London opened its brand new state-of-the-art campus library this week, part of its £50 million investment in UWL students.
Based on the Ealing campus, the Paul Hamlyn Library is now the main location for the collections of all eight UWL schools. It is outfitted with the latest PCs and Apple computers, as well as spacious spaces for study, research and group work. Tim Wales, Director of Library Services said, ‘It was really important that we got the students’ input. This gave us some really interesting ideas that we were able to incorporate into the plans.’
Following student consultation in the design process, the library will also feature term-time 24/7 opening hours, a particular benefit to part-time students.

My consultant was very helpful and motivating. She helped me every step of the way, even when the deadline was so close. I feel I could not have done it without her. I'd highly recommend this service to any and all of my many friends interested.
