Scholarships at Falmouth University

Scholarships of £2,950 each, called Cornwall Business School International postgraduate scholarships, are available. This sum will be applied by the University as a credit towards the second instalment of Student's tuition fees by way of a deduction to the total remaining fee payable.

Who it's for: International offer holders paying international fees applying for a full-time on-campus taught master’s course at the Cornwall Business School, starting in January 2025 or September 2025.

Eligibility

To be eligible you will:  

• Qualify for the International fee rate (it therefore does not include EU students with settled status or UK students living outside the UK and paying Home fees) 

• Be new to Falmouth University in the academic year 2024/25 (for a January 2025 start) or 2025/2026 (for a September 2025 start) 

• Deferred offer holders will also be considered for the scholarship  

• Hold an offer for a full-time on-campus master’s course (not online) at the Cornwall Business School, starting in January 2025 or September 2025 

• Have applied by 1st December 2024 at 23:59 BST for a January start or 31st July 2025 for a September start 

• Have paid their course acceptance fee (deposit), if requested, within 7 days of receiving an offer.  

There is no specific application form for this scholarship.  

We recommend you only make an application if you can afford tuition fees and living costs.  

We currently do not offer on-campus scholarships for January 2026 entry  

Please note the scholarship does not prevent the university from requesting a 50% payment of our gross fees ahead of delivering a CAS letter (see our fees page for terms and conditions).  

Students who have already received an offer and have paid their acceptance fee will automatically be awarded the scholarship.  

EEA and Switzerland residents can qualify for a £2,000 automatic scholarship. Valid on full-time on-campus taught undergraduate and postgraduate applications for September 2025. 

Amount: £2,000.

Who it's for: EEA and Switzerland residents applying to a full-time on campus taught undergraduate or postgraduate degree starting in September 2025.

• Being an EEA or Switzerland resident.

• Undertake a full-time on-campus taught undergraduate or postgraduate degree.

• Be new to Falmouth University in 2025/26 (September 2025 start).

• Be entering directly into the first year of the course. 

• Start in September 2025 (excludes January 2025 or January 2026 entry).

Please note students can only receive one scholarship each. The scholarship does not apply to online courses.

• Undertake a full-time on-campus taught undergraduate or postgraduate degree. 

• Be new to Falmouth University in 2025/26 (September 2025 start). 

• Be entering directly into the first year of the course. 

• Start in September 2025 (excludes January 2025 or January 2026 entry).

Students who have already received an offer and have paid their acceptance fee will automatically be awarded the scholarship. 

Falmouth University is offering 15 scholarships of £2,000 each to its most talented undergraduate and postgraduate students who will be starting their first year of study with us in September 2025. 

Amount: £2,000

Who it's for: International offer holders paying international fees applying for a full-time on-campus taught bachelors or master’s course, demonstrating exceptional talent. 

About the award

The following £2,000 awards are available:

• 10 x undergraduate scholarships. 

• 5 x postgraduate scholarships.

Please note students can only receive one scholarship each. The sum will be applied by the University as a credit towards the second instalment of the student's tuition fees. It will be deducted from the total remaining fees payable. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for the International Talent Awards you will: 

• Qualify for the International fee rate (it therefore does not include anyone paying home fees). 

• Be new to Falmouth University in 2025/26.

• 2024/2025 deferred offer holders will also be considered for the scholarship (they have to re-apply if they have already applied previously). 

• Be entering directly into the first year of the course.

• Hold an offer for a full-time on-campus bachelors or master’s course (not online), starting in September 2025. 

• Have received an offer by 11th April 2025 at 23:59 BST.

• Have sent in their supporting statement by 13th April 2025 at 23:59 BST.
