The Fulbright Commission, founded on 22 September 1948, aims to foster mutual cultural understanding through educational exchange between the US and the UK. The global Fulbright Programme is one of the most prestigious awards programmes world-wide operating in over 150 countries, with over 300,000 alumni. Approximately 15,000 UK nationals have studied in the US and over 12,000 US nationals in the UK on the Commission’s educational exchange programmes.
The Fulbright King's College London Award covers any non-clinical PhD programme offered by the university.

Eligibility criteria
To be eligible to apply, applicants must:
Be a US citizen and a non-UK resident
Hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent professional training/experience in a relevant field before departure to the UK
Dual US-UK citizens are eligible to apply.
The US-UK Fulbright program aims to foster cultural understanding between our two countries. Preference is therefore given to applicants who do not have extensive experience (six months or longer) in the UK.
Applicants with extensive UK experience should explain in detail how further experience in the UK will fulfil the Fulbright mission in ways that their prior visits did not.
Funding from the Mexican Foundation for Education, Technology and Science (FUNED) to support Mexican students for master's study at King's College London.

King's College London have an agreement with the Mexican Foundation for Education, Technology and Science (FUNED) to support Mexican students to pursue master's degree programmes at King's College London. As part of this agreement, scholars funded by FUNED receive a 10% tuition fee discount from King's.
Award value
FUNED Master's Credit-Scholarships consists of a package with funds directly applied to the payment of tuition at the university where the master's studies will be carried out.
Additionally, successful FUNED scholars at King's College London could be offered a 10% tuition fee discount towards their Master's degree at King's.
Eligibility criteria
Be a Mexican citizen.
Have an official letter of acceptance of a full-time and face-to-face online or hybrid master's program a King's College London.
The master's program must align with the areas supported by FUNED.
Have a professional degree or be in the process of obtaining it.
Minimum average of 8.
Have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable work experience.
Have a good credit history according to the report issued only by the Credit Bureau.
Have a Mexican guarantee, economically solvent, resident in Mexico, under 65 years of age, with a good credit history, owner of real estate, free of liens, whose value is at least 2.5 times the total amount of support.
Provide a second endorsement of income, as required by FUNED.

Award details
HESPAL aims to create the next generation of senior academics who can maintain international quality standards at Palestinian universities and develop renewed and sustainable links between Palestinian and UK universities.
The scheme will upgrade academic staff in Palestinian universities through a Masters or PhD Scholarship programme.
The British Council Palestine and King's College London hold an agreement to jointly support up to 2 Master's Scholarships and 1 PhD Scholarship at King's College London each year.

The scholarship covers the following:
Tuition fees
Pre-departure briefing from the British Council
Arrival allowances
Thesis allowances
Monthly allowance to cover living expenses
Annual bench fees which may be required for certain PhD programmes in health and sciences
NB: Scholarships do not cover the costs for any accompanying family.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must meet HESPAL eligibility requirements:
be a resident citizen of Palestinian Territories.
be currently employed by the Palestinian University which nominates him/her, which must be one of the participating Palestinian universities.
sign a written undertaking to return to Palestine within a time frame agreed, normally one year.
Applicants must meet King's eligibility requirements for the Master's Scholarship:
Have a bachelor's degree from a Palestinian university with a minimum grade of very good (and equivalent to at least a 2.1 Bachelor's Degree from the UK)
have IELTS certification appropriate for the course and university (normally at least 6.5, sometimes higher depending on the subject).
Applicants must meet King's eligibility requirements for the PhD Scholarships, which are typically:
A minimum of bachelor's degree with 2:1 honours in an appropriate subject for a PhD candidate.
have IELTS certification appropriate for the course and university (normally at least 6.5, sometimes higher depending on the subject).
King's College London and the China Scholarship Council (CSC) hold an agreement to jointly fund Chinese students to pursue research degrees (PhDs) at King's College London.
K-CSC scholarship awards are available for the 2025-26 competition.
Please be aware that students funded through this scheme must abide by any additional terms and conditions set by the CSC.

As part of the agreement between the CSC and King’s College London, successful students have their full international tuition fees covered by the university and receive, from the CSC, an annual living allowance (currently set at a rate of £1200-1350 per month) plus overseas student health cover, return airfare to London and visa application fees. The Scholarships are valid for up to 4 years.

To be eligible, you Must:
Be citizens and permanent residents of the People’s Republic of China (and hold a Chinese passport);
Be due to commence a full-time MPhil/PhD research degree programme at King’s College London in the 2025/26 academic year (i.e., from Oct 2025 and by no later than June 2026), with an aim to complete the PhD degree;
Satisfy criteria set out by the CSC, e.g., relating to age, education, and employment.
Agree to return to China upon completion of your studies/research;
Apply to King’s College London for the scholarship (as instructed in the ‘Application Process’ section below) by the deadline of 1 Jan 2025, 23:59 UK time;
By the deadline of 15 Jan 2025, 23:59 UK time:
have submitted all the required documentation to support your King’s admissions application;
have met the English language requirements for your chosen research programme;
ensure that your referees have submitted their reference(s) to support your admissions application;
King’s College London accepts applications for the K-CSC awards up until 23:59 UK time on 1 January 2025.
The Marshall Commission has established partnership with King's College London to jointly support American students to study for a postgraduate degree at King's College London. As part of this agreement, King's will cover the full (100%) international tuition fees for up to 3 scholars each year on this scheme.
The Scholarships are for any subject at either Masters or Doctoral level and are valid for up to two years (with a possibility of a third year for doctoral studies).
Award value
Scholarships cover: University fees, cost of living expenses, annual book grant, thesis grant, research and daily travel grants, fares to and from the United States and, where applicable, a contribution towards the support of a dependent spouse.

Who is Eligible
Before completing the application candidates are advised to consider the objectives of the Marshall Scholarship Programme and to be aware that the selection committees are seeking candidates who have the potential to excel as scholars, leaders and as contributors to improved UK-US understanding.
To be eligible for a 2025 Marshall Scholarship, candidates must:
Be citizens of the United States of America (at the time they apply for a scholarship);
(By the time they take up their scholarship i.e. September 2025) hold their first undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college or university in the United States;
Have obtained a grade point average of not less than 3.7 on their undergraduate degree at the time of application. We do not accept rounded GPA's.
Have graduated from their first undergraduate college or university after April 2022.
Not have studied for, or hold a degree or degree-equivalent qualification from a British University or GCSE or A Levels taken at school in the UK.
The Women in STEM Scholarships are funded by the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences and is designed to offer financial assistance to outstanding female candidates.

The Women in STEM Scholarships are funded by the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences as part of our commitment to increasing the representation of women working in and studying STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) subjects. The scholarships are designed to offer financial assistance to outstanding female* candidates throughout their undergraduate programme (for a maximum of three years of study) and to introduce them to various initiatives and activities taking place across the university in response to the issue. The Faculty expects scholarship holders to contribute to these initiatives and be an active participant in such events and activities.
We particularly welcome applications from Black and Mixed Black Heritage students to further improve the representation of these groups in STEM as well.

Up to three successful applicants will each receive £1,000 per year that they are enrolled on an undergraduate programme in the Faculty for a maximum of three years of study (excluding the fourth year of MSci or MEng programmes), for 2025-26 onwards.
