We offer British bachelor’s and master’s degree programs taught 100% in English - in Germany - combining high-quality UK education with German job opportunities and lifestyle; truly combining the best of both worlds.
Three year bachelor’s degree programs on offer include business and management, accounting and finance, computer sciences, and software engineering. We also offer merit-based scholarships and tuition financing options to our students. Germany offers a welcoming environment for international students as well with an 18-month Post Study Work/Residence Permit upon graduation.

Lancaster University Leipzig Services for International Students
Students benefit from a robust services on campus. The university’s Career Services Department and Student Support Department are always available to aid students in pastoral matters and students start receiving assistance on work placements during their second year of the degree. The campus is committed to small class sizes with a maximum of 25 students per seminar and up to just 75 students per lecture hall; maintaining terrific student: faculty ratios.
All incoming students join us during Welcome Week, one week prior to the start of their first term. Welcome week has been developed to introduce incoming student to their classmates, faculty, departments on campus, and university policies.
Lancaster University Leipzig is easy to reach by rail from Leipzig/Halle Airport and Berlin-Brandenburg International Airport. The campus can also provide airport pickup services upon request.
Lancaster University also offers International Foundation programs and Pre-Master’s Programs for students unable to meet direct entry requirements.

Located in the heart of Leipzig’s Old City and pedestrianised zone, Lancaster University Leipzig is in the centre city. An urban campus, the campus occupies an entire city block and is steps from the city’s shopping district, museums and galleries, restaurants, cafes, and pubs. There are several parks within walking distance from the campus. Located just 2 blocks from Markt Square and 3 blocks from the Central Train Station, Lancaster University Leipzig occupies a central location to all of the city’s amenities.
