This is for new, self-funded international tuition fee students studying full-time for a minimum of 2 semesters:
Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught students must be on campus.
Postgraduate Research students can be distance learning or on campus.

The Global Scholarship will be automatically awarded at the point of offer and detailed in the offer letter. Professional Doctorate programmes (eg. DBA, EdD) are not eligible for the Global Scholarship.
Terms and conditions
The scholarship is only available for the named programme in the offer letter and beginning in September 2025.
Scholarships are non-transferable.
Students must be studying on a full-time undergraduate taught, postgraduate taught, Masters by Research, Masters of Research, or PhD degree, for a minimum of 2 semesters.
Applicants must be international fee payers and must be self-funding (see note 1) for at least 100% of tuition fee.
Eligible applicants must have applied and meet set entry criteria. An interview may be required.
Applicants must accept scholarship and pay the full advised advanced payment by the CAS deadline.
Applicants must not be in receipt of any other scholarship from the University of Gloucestershire.
Scholarships will not be awarded to deferred applications.
On commencing studies at the University, scholarship holders will be contacted by the University’s Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment Team (CMSR), and be required to periodically participate in marketing activity that includes (but is not limited to) video and photography content creation, blog commentary, supporting recruitment events.
This merit scholarship is a tuition fee waiver designed to reward academic excellence or, a strong creative portfolio, or relevant work experience (where required). The value of the scholarship will be £5,000.
