Dublin International Foundation College (DIFC) offers undergraduate and postgraduate pathways for students wishing to progress to a UK or Irish university. As the exclusive NCUK Study Centre in Ireland, Dublin International Foundation College offers guaranteed access to over 25 universities across the UK and Ireland.
DIFC has placed over 1,500 students onto graduate and postgraduate courses in partner universities and colleges over the past 15 years and 100% of students who successfully pass the NCUK International Foundation Year or Pre-Masters programmes with DIFC achieve a university place.
By studying in Ireland with DIFC, students receive a complete package which includes English courses, advice with study visas; airport pick up, secure on-campus accommodation, homestay assistance as well as a full placement counselling and pastoral care service.
DIFC has partnerships in place for on campus accommodation, provided through Griffin Halls in Dublin and EazyCity in Cork. A large number of students at the College choose to stay with homestay providers. This offers the chance to improve your English and get to know Dublin/Cork life with a local family.
The Dublin campus is located in the centre of the city. Many major global corporate brands have their European Headquarters based in the city, including Google, Pfizer and IBM, and students benefit from a high quality of life and lower cost of living than in London.
DIFC Cork is based on Griffith College Cork Campus, delivering International Foundation Year qualifications. The college is based on a large 5 acre campus on Wellington Road, close to the centre of Cork city.
My counsellor contacted me every day throughout the application process and helped me receive an unconditional offer. I am so grateful to SI-UK and will never forget them. I will study very hard as I feel this is the best reward I can give the whole team.
