What are A-Levels?

The Advanced Level, universally referred to as an A-Level, is a qualification offered by education institutions in the UK. In Scotland, students take the Higher and Advanced Higher of the Scottish Qualifications Certificate. A-Levels are usually studied over a two-year period and are the qualifications that UK universities use to assess a student’s eligibility for an undergraduate degree course.
