Overview

Cambridge School of Visual & Performing Arts (CSVPA) is a dedicated creative and performing arts school with campuses in the centre of Cambridge and London. We offer Diploma, Foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate courses across Art & Design, Fashion, Music and Performing Arts.

Studying with us, you will be actively supported through a hands-on approach. Our small class sizes ensure extensive contact time with your lecturers for a more tailored experience. You will be provided with all the equipment, materials, space and time you need to discover and develop your own individual voice and style as a creative artist.

Our students benefit from links with leading institutions, including the University of the Arts London Awarding Body, as well as Hearst Magazine, publishers of ELLE, ELLE Decoration, Harper's Bazaar, Esquire and Cosmopolitan. All students also have the opportunity to take part in unique collaborative projects, most recently these have included working with The University of Cambridge and the Fitzwilliam Museum.

Join us and discover your artistic potential.

Accommodation

CSVPA provide student accommodation for all years of study. Located in the heart of Cambridge, CSVPA’s halls of residence are surrounded by a thriving arts and culture scene and with the added benefit of living with like-minded creative art students.

Cambridge is possibly the best place in the UK to be a student. The CSVPA campus is located in the heart of the city and is a quick walk from all the sights and sounds of this vibrant and diverse city.

Inspiration is all around you! There is a popular music scene, plenty of theatres, arts and culture can be enjoyed with world-famous museums and there are many art galleries that are filled with contemporary and renaissance artworks

Cambridge is one of the safest places to live in Britain and offers a wide variety of amenities such as shopping centres, restaurants, cafes and cinemas, and when you want to explore the rest of the UK or travel back home, you can easily jump on a train and be in London in just under an hour.
