The winners of the 2022 Student Nursing Times Awards were announced last week with a number of UK universities going home with coveted prizes.
Amongst the winners, the University of Derby claimed the Best Student Experience award for its work with Derbyshire Voluntary Action, whilst Partnership of the Year went to Queen's University Belfast School of Nursing and Midwifery.
The University of Cumbria won Teaching Innovation of the Year thanks to student-led virtual antenatal classes, whilst Nursing Associate Training Programme Provider of the Year (pre-registration) was the University of Plymouth and Nurse Education Provider of the Year (Post-registration) was Staffordshire University.
Editor of Nursing Times, Steve Ford, said: “Our awards recognise a group of outstanding students on their journey to entering the nursing profession, as well as all those who support them along the way, including lecturers, universities, and healthcare providers.”
