The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Strathclyde have announced the introduction of 50 merit based scholarships worth up to £3,000 for international students.
The Dean’s International Excellence Awards have been created to recognise academic achievement and are available for students commencing a full time Masters programme in 2016. The awards of £3,000 will be available for students holding a First Class undergraduate Bachelor degree or equivalent and awards of £2,000 will be available for students holding a 2:1 undergraduate Bachelor degree or equivalent.
To be eligible for a Deans International Excellence Award applicants must hold an unconditional offer and have paid their £2,000 deposit. Once the tuition fee deposit has been paid, students will receive a scholarship letter confirming the award. The letter can be used to confirm fees as part of the Tier 4 Student Visa application.
