SI-UK announce Averna Capital investment

SI-UK is delighted to officially announce it has found an investment partner that fits the company mission, management goals and long-term objectives.
It is the first time in the company’s 16-year history that SI-UK has taken investment. The investment partners, Averna Capital, are completely synchronised with the development objectives and direction that directors Dwayne Gallagher and Orion Judge, as well as the global management team, have mapped for the company.
The investment will allow for immediate expansion of operations, staffing, management, services, marketing and technology, with the plan of growing from 20,000 enrolments in 2022 to 60,000 by 2025, which would make SI-UK the global leader in recruitment of international students.
Averna Capital is headed by Founding Partners Stephen Green and Richard Tudor, Partner Pierre-Edouard Harant and Associate Oana Nafornita.
This is an incredibly exciting event for SI-UK and will allow the company to accelerate growth, strengthen our global structure and financial model, improve quality of service to both students and universities and continue to build our brand globally, in existing regions and additional territories.
