York St John University have announced the addition of four new undergraduate courses to its Faculty of Arts portfolio. Set to go under validation in April 2016, the new three-year undergraduate courses include:
Students can develop their own animation skills through a range of production techniques using character rigging, motion capture, 3D and 2D computer animation, stop motion and computer dynamics.
Illustration focuses on creating visual narratives for different purposes and contexts. It brings together drawing, animation, digital imaging and creative writing
Students will be introduced to the creative and technical aspects of game level design and creation through a variety of games platforms and technologies.
Students will develop a knowledge of photography as a documentary, editorial or art practice and evolve a personal professional specialism.
